Cancellation Policy
Clients that are 15 minutes late will be marked as a no show and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. If you have level 2 art or above we can proceed with a solid color, you will still pay for art you scheduled for.
A minimum of 48hrs is required for cancellations.
Cancellations made within less than 48 hrs will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within less than 24 hrs will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
No shows will not be tolerated and will result a charge of 100% of the scheduled service and a non refundable deposit will be required to rebook in the future.
